Not Understanding

ok, i'm sure you have read my LONG post. well, at the end of it i said that i am no longer allowed to get phone calls after 9:30. well, for the past few nights, i have heard phones ringing after 10, and they are not for me. the reason i couldn't get phone calls late, was so they wouldnt wake people up. now i ask you, does it depend on wether or not its for me to wake people up? no. whoever is calling, it can wake people up. so, why are not all phone calls banned after 9:30? bye to all who care to read.
